I love to look for ways to improve business processes by integrating systems or by finding ways to squeeze actionable data out of a business process. As a coder, I have experience managing technical projects of integrating applications, APIs, and writing complex database queries to draw data together or to create custom reports using Tableau, D3.js, and Excel.
Experience setting up and integrating systems include:
- Zendesk – setup, administration, and integration with a custom-built shopping cart application.
- Amazon Connect – setup, administration, and custom IVR setup and integration with a custom-built shopping cart application and Zendesk.
- TaxJar – setup with a custom-built shopping cart and Square.
- Tableau – wrote MySQL queries to integrate live with a custom-built shopping cart and designed reports and dashboards.
